Yeah, ah. They were playing at home, they got MORE than their share of breaks, in regards to that overrated Dutch coach and his South Korean "dream" team.
They won't beat Japan, IMHO.

he isnt overrated...the job he is doing with psv is superb and he worked a small wonder with australia.
they arent as good as japan, but they can and will outmuscle/fight them imo.
and germany will be more familiar to their players than it will to the japanese.

Brazil should go through. It's a fight between Australia, Croatia and Japan. Should be awfully close as I can't see Australia giving up now - with all that bangwagon support and all
Also, last time we played Brazil we won!

Actually, Japan will give Brazil a run for its money.

Brazil and Japan will go through.
I think Croatia will slide and look for Brazil to have trouble with some teams.

is everyone forgetting that japan tied brazil in the confed cup 2-2?????? why is that being overlooked? even if brazil played bad tying them is a huge achievement for ANY team. looking at this group and the injury to the star striker of japan ( he was out for 2002 as well right? ) i still believe japan can make 2nd and beat a couple of european teams.

Because it was the confed. cup.
Looking at Brazil's performance in qualifying for WC02 you wouldn't of thought they would win but they did.

Brazil's performance in qualifying for WC02
|
Thats because they have the Depth to win it and really I still think they will do poorly at this years World Cup.
But with all that Talent Nothing less then a Trophy would be a big dissappointment
Teams that deserve to be there in the End>England,Holland,Portugal,Italy and Czechs.
