Is Sneijder really crocked, or is it just my wishful reading of the match reports?
And now that Huntelaar has single-handedly won the European U-21 championship for Holland, any chance that Van Basten might pick him to replace arrongant tosser Wesley? Wesley quote, "There's nothing that Jari Litmanen can teach me about football"
Van Basten dropped Khalid Boulahrouz for driving to oranje training in a Bentley, that is ludicrous.

I don't think the Aussies will be invited back anytime soon to play Oranje. Three injured players as consequence of a friendly, Sneijder, Van Bronckhorst and Cocu, though it appears that Wesley may have made a miraculous recovery.
This is not a good thing for the Oranje if true.

He may be a cnut, but he's a very good player (and he has his allies)....his versatility will be key for the squad.

Based on the first round of matches in Group C, neutrals will cheated by whichever of Argentina, CIV and Holland goes home. It wouldn't be a huge stretch to say that each of those teams could have won at least one of the other groups.

Maybe, but is it not beautiful that we get to see them play one another?

Hugo Gatti has the be the all-time leader among loony Argentine goalkeepers.
And it seems that "El Loco" has issues with Abbondanzieri, who is he calling a "tenth division keeper" who doesn't deserve to wear the shirt:

Whilst Abbon is a bit pants...he's the most solid option and his kicking is fantastic.
