Brendan Rodgers (Chelsea reserves manager) is the favourite.
Anyone who is cheap will be next manager.
Thing with Mackay it wont be a whole lot different to Aidy. It's similar to Eriksson and McClaren. Malky did alot of the coaching defensively :O and did/does the shouting on the touchline.
As much as Watford fans like Malky, they dont want him to be manager. I think he will go on to be a good manager because he was always a top top captain he was part of three promotion campaigns. Watford have certaintly missed his leadership skills since he has become a coach.
