Aidy hails training camp effect
Watford manager Adrian Boothroyd believes his side's trip to Dubai has allowed players returning from injury to step up their recovery.
Collins John could be included in the squad to face Burnley for the first time this season after working hard during the training camp while Gareth Williams was described as "ahead of schedule" on his comeback from a knee ligament injury.
Boothroyd said: "It's been very good - the weather has been fantastic and the pitches are terrific.
"We got some rest, did some recuperation and the lads who have been on the edges have worked very, very hard and done a micro pre-season.
"We've also done a bit of male bonding and all that carry on."
