Chris Waddle on loanees
Waddle believes Hereford and Watford could reap the benefits of an extended loan spell for Toumani Diagouraga and Theo Robinson into the New Year.
'I think Watford have done the right thing by enabling the two lads to go out on loan to Hereford.
'They'll now get the experience they need. It will build them up. Robinson's obviously one for the future and Watford have a lot of good strikers at the moment, so it's doing him no harm at all.
'It's better than playing reserve team football. Playing in the first team with Hereford will give them the competitive football they need, and there's a chance of promotion too.
'If Hereford can keep them until the end of the season, I think it will benefit Watford.
'Robinson caught the eye and with the experience of Benjamin alongside him - who's not going to run the channels like he used to - he remains a big physical presence in there, so it's a good combination.
