take ur main pic and just put it in C:\Program Files\Eidos\CM 03-04\data\graphics\backgrounds and rename it to default. it will overwrite the pic of the footballer.............
and then remove the old pix from C:\Program Files\Eidos\CM 03-04\data\graphics\backgrounds\default and then put ur girly pix in the same folder........
