FIFA 2007 was to easy and FIFA 2008 is to difficult. Why couldn't they make a version in between? Now I never play more.

Fifa 08 is really easy once you get use to it.All you have to do is tick the ball away from your opponent and run.Pull a little Kaka movement and go forward.Passing is a bit tricky especially when trying to unlock the defence but once you get the hang of it its all pretty basic.
What I dont like is no straight red cards unless you're the last man back!I had a 2 on 1 break against my brother and he decides to slide me from behind with the opponent chasing me while another defender and my player were up ahead....he got a yellow only....BAH...good thing I scored on the free kick

I found after a while it got to easy, even on world class.

I think any game once you play it enough gets easy, FIFA has with everyone they put out. I dont look from them to change that but, What I do want to see is just more stuff in the manager mode and make the game more and more realistic. I hope it just keeps getting better and better, which I imagine it will.

If you start getting bored start throwing in some tricks. The odd robana (sweet cross I did with C.Ronaldo for a Rooney bicycle kick) or generally through balls that the opponent doesnt see coming. Its a fun game if you have friends over.

this may have already been discussed but i can't be bothered reading through the whole thread, but can someone tell me why teams like CSKA Moscow and Shakter on this game? Not asking much to put them in the Rest of the World teams, especially given some of the stars playing for both teams.

I notice the worst thing is that long range goals have almost been removed, and when you do get them they look more like sloppy goal keeping rather than a fantastic shot.
The other really anoying thing is that when you try to do a free-style move with a crap player, they don't even attempt the move, they simply can't do it and therefore they just keep running foward and you get dispossesed. It would make sense for even the shite players to try a step-over or 360 move, even if they are seldom successful.
