My manager's name is "Luciano Moggi", put his picture in also. Fought back from -17 to win serie b. Currently 4th place, after being 1st up until January, dropping to 6th thereafter.

I had to sell Trezeguet and Camoranesi, cause I was in debt at the beggining of my serie a season after a yr of serie b. The offers I got were to good to turn down. (Man U payed 17 million pounds for Trez, Roma payed 10 million pounds for Camoranesi).

Gourcuff was pissed at no playing time at Milan, so I bought him for 10 mil, which isn't bad considering he is supposed to turn into a star, even though his current stats r good.

Every top club around Europe wants Bojinov. Juve own 50% of his contract, and some clubs r offering 15 million pounds just to get that. Trying to keep him though.

Hopefully Ill qualify for the CL, and win the UEFA Cup this season, as my club needs the money.

i edited the villa finances in accordance to what the villa researcher told me should have gone in the first place...

i speak the the fella quite a lot and we discuss the villa data at great length.....

hes extremely realistic and sometimes too harsh... cahill and agbonlahor at -8 potential for example... i keep trying to convince him they need to be higher, but he wont budge... lol...

according to him, we should have 20 mil to spend, 60 mil in the bank and a sugar daddy...

this should be set up like this in the patch when it comes... although the sugar daddy thing hasnt been confirmed....

(ps, look out for nathan delfouneso at villa when the patch is released... )

gareth bale is decent.. given him a few starts and he always seems quite reliable... he will obviously be better when he ages a little...

but hes not going to dislodge bridge at the moment...

I'm playing with Motherwell just now. With no money I've managed to stay in second, I'm in January.

Celtic are too poor in the game (supposedly the researcher quit).

Rangers are 7 points in front and Celtic are 3 behind me.

I'm playing with Palermo atm.
20 games played, I lost 3 and won 17.

I'm 3 pts away from leaders Inter and I'm 8 pts away from 3rd place Roma.
Milan is being very poor, right now they are in 6th place, 17 pts away from Inter.

Very impressive. I have had nothing but shit luck, but I tend to rush things, and this has not helped at all.

I will have to slow things down a bit, and be more frugal with my funds.

I play games like Football Manager for 5 years now, so I have the 'experience' factor.

Lost to inter at Guizeppe Meazza (I don't how it's spelled).
After 27 games, I'm 3rd, 1 pt away from 2nd place Roma and 7 pts away from 1st place Inter.

ive started a new game as tottenham.....

ive completely revamped the squad....

thanks go to andy_villa for the tip on marcelo, he is so awesome and SUCH a bargain!

ive signed: marcelo-£4.7m, silva-£5.5m, higuain-£3m, raul garcia-£10.25m

and i sold defoe and tainio, noone wants ghali or murphy

anyway, selling defoe wasnt a great idea, my captain ledley king got pissed off with me for it and publicly said i lacked ambition. my response was to tell him i had more players planned (cesar delgado from cruz azul...awesome stats and cheap but doesnt always get a work permit).

2 major problems with selling defoe: 1. i sold him like 2 days before the deadline, 2. robbie keane got a 5month injury on the same day i sold him.

delgado didnt get a wp, so i got higuain as cover. silva who i had released a press statement about on the day the game started saying i admired him finally joined on deadline day for a bargain. i tried to sign a better backup cb (anthony gardner is shit...) so i went for garay (the argentinian racing santander cb, very young and very good stats but he didnt get a wp either).

btw some young players with good stats are: cesar arzo, incredible stats (cb, dm)
hosain kaebi (d/wb/am r), suprisingly highly rated

i started a new game.

i started as a Unemployed ex International footballer

i applied for all the jobs which i was able to apply for:

Leeds
WBA
Bournemouth
Brighton
Mexico
USA
Paraguay

i was successful with WBA. i started off with a pretty even team so i went straight into making it better i started of with £4 million but i lost Curtis Davies to Pompey for £6 mill knocking my transfer kitty to around £8 million:

In's

Josep Guardiola (Free) - No Club
Khalilou Fadiga (Free) - No Club
Andrew Griffin (£900,000) - Portsmouth
Duncan Ferguson (Free) - No Club
Matt Jansen (Free) - No Club
Chris Sutton (Free) - No Club
Billy Jones (£1.3 Million) - Crewe
Robert Earnshaw (£5 Million) - Norwich City
Ian Black (£375,000) - Inverness

Out

Curtis Davies (£6 Million) - Portsmouth
Rob Davies (£2,000) - Stockport

i have only played the 1 game in the league and i beat Barnsley 2-0 . Zolten Gera scoring both goals

i couldnt use Earnshaw as he's only half fit due to a injury he had ...same with the rest of my strikers except Ellington - so im happy i won my 1st league game for my new team

Heres my line up vs Barnsley:

It depends who you manage, but with lower league teams I give players a chance and make a couple of loan signings. If it's not going great I keep most of my money and strengthen in January.

what i normally do when i manage a low league club is look in the out of contract bit 1st and go for all the players i've heard of

then look in the loan market ..do the same

maybe ask to loan a few reserve players from the top clubs in the country your managing in

then maybe look at my feeder/parent clubs for signings

With Liverpool, i am currently lying second in the league, a point behind Manchester Utd (who have a game in hand). Just dropped two crucial points at home to Chelsea, dominated the game but Adriano buried their only chance to grab them a 1-1 draw. They're my bogey side, and he's my bogey player. They sucker punched me late in the Community Shield, knocked me out of the FA Cup with 2 late goals after i was leading 1-0 (Gerrard), and beat me late in the league at the Bridge as well. Ive got them in the QF of the CL now after i demolished Steaua Bucharest 7-0 in the second leg at Anfield. Best performance of the season by a mile, even better than my 4-0 win over United.

My players are in stunning form, Crouch, Sissoko & Gonzalez especially. Bellamy has hit 20 league goals already, and both Crouch & Gerrard are in double figures. I have the CL to look forward to, and both Arsenal & Manchester Utd have to come to Anfield so its "squeaky bum time" as fergie would say.

What a game!

Summer tranfer window!

Signed Zaccardo from Milan. Went into a blind auction for numerous co-ownership deals. I hit the jackpot with Bojinov, as I only bid 20,000 (Viola bid 0).

Current squad is:

-----------------------------Buffon

Zaccardo----------Felipe----------Zapata----------Chiellini

--------------------Paro-------------Muntari

Gourcuff---------------------------------------------Nedved

-------------------Bojinov----------Del Piero

Bench: Mirante, Kovac, Boumsong, Balzaretti, Zebina, Zanetti, Marchisio, Marchionni, Guzman, Palladino, Miccoli

It's a good game, and whilst to date failing to keep Stoke in the Premiership after being promoted, am enjoying the challenge immensely. I'm going to have another crack at it, but include the loanee's in the initial squad via the editor. Hopefully, the first patch will correct the;

*Amount of injuries
*Amount of red card

In one game i had 3 players sent off, 2 due to kicks off the ball. As you can imagine, i wasn't too pleased.

andy_villa do u know how agbonlahor develops yet? im not sure whether to buy him or not

agbonlahor develops into a decent player, but will never be world class...

his pace is always a threat, but his touch and finishing arent brilliant...

luke moore is a much better buy from villa, as he develops into real quality... steven davis too..

but if you want a young talented striker, then daniel sturridge from man city develops into pure brilliance...

i didnt buy him until the second season, and i got his asking price down to 3.5 million...
