Information
1) Download this BitTorrent program from here http://pingpong-abc.sourceforge.net/
2) Open and install BitTorrent.
3) Save the torrent file like for example the 1st half of Arsenal - Man U. It's a very small file.
4) Open the file when finished downloading, it will ask you where to save the video. Choose the destination and click ok.
5) Downloading should start.
You may get errors like problem connecting to tracker, but just be patient and downloading should start.

Excuse my stupidity but
A)What is BitTorent and what is a torrent file?
B)Can you change any clip files to torrent files?
and
C)Do you need the file to be a torrent file for the file to work on BitTorent?
Thanks in advance!

It is the best way I have found to download files.
If you are after music bootlegs you get them with out to much effort

It depends what you download. Yes if you download stuff you shouldn't there is a chance you'll be caught but, that happening is unlikely. Think of the number of people downloading stuff in the UK alone, how many cases have you heard of where people are prosecuted?

its illegal to upload not download, but with torrents, u r forced to do both. in terms of safety, download peerguardian. been using it myself for a while. its an ip blocker. anti-p2p comapnies like mediasentry and organizations like the RIAA and MPAA are blocked, along with many others. i currently am blocking 2.5+ billion ip addresses lol.

We are talking stuff that is copyrighted or not. Generally anything you'll want to download you shouldn't.
