vBookie Guide
The vBookie section simulates a betting enviroment such as a bookmakers.
You are given vCash. 500 to start with. Your vCash has a virtual value of 500. If you look at it like your local currency it is easier to understand. For example, 500 vCash would be similar to $500/£500/€500.
In the vBookie events you put a stake of your vCash on the option(s) you think are likely to happen or can win you money. (Some people bet on their teams regardless of what their head tells them. Their heart takes over.
For example: The vBookie event is Team Blue V Team Red.
The odds are 10/1 for Team Blue to win and 20/1 for Team Red to win. The odds for a draw are 7/2. The event will look like the following:
Team Blue - 10/1 - (10.00)
Team Red - 20/1 - (20.00)
Draw - 7/2 F (3.50)
The fraction number is known as the odds and determines how much you will win if you place a stake on it. If you staked $1 on Team Blue to win, you would win $10 vCash + recieve your $1 stake back if that was the winning bet.
If you placed $1 on a draw/tie then you would win $3.50 + you would recieve your $1 stake.
The value of placing a $1 stake is indicated by the number in brackets.
Odds with an "F" indicates "FAVOURITE". This means that a draw in the above event is the favourable option to win you money back.
The favourite will win you less money than an outsider would (those less likely to win) but are most likely to win you money.
MULTIPLE BETTING THREADS
Multiple bet threads are ones which allow you to choose as many options from the event as you like. If you play smartly in these events then you can almost garauntee profiting from your stake (the amount you bet altogether on the event): to winnings ratio.
Some multiple bet threads may have multiple winners or one winner. For example, an event that lets you bet on who will win the league will only have one winner. An event that lets you bet on, for example, many aspects of a football match: winner, correct score, first scorer etc will have multiple winners. This means you could stake money for example on a match winner, a first scorer and correct score. You will win money if the option you choose comes up a winner, but you lose your stake/money on options that have not came up as a winner (while still winning those that have).

Just to clear up a problem we had before. These odds are done using the English system where if you win your $1 bet on the draw at 7/2 you would in fact get back $4.50. This is because the odds tell you how much you stand to gain
if you win but you need to remember that you also get back the money you put on i.e. you would win $3.50 but would also get your $1 stake back, so your return from that bet would be a total of $4.50.

Sorry guys I should have posted this sooner so that new users don't get confused:

T-Red and I do not use this system, instead we use the system described below:
[H] means the Home team wins (the team that comes first in the fixture)
[D] means a Draw.
[A] means the Away team wins (the team that comes second in the fixture)
The smaller the odds (the decimals) the more likely the event will be succesful, however because it is more likely it will pay less.
The accumulators (eg At least 5 home wins) provide higher odds than the other events (usually) for events which stand a good chance of happening. It's generally a good idea to try and put some money on an accumulator you think will pay out as usually at least 1 will pay out.
Be careful not to waste all your money in 1 go though!
Sorry if this caused any confusion, everything else written above is true still though.

when u finish ur vCash, once the next event is made ur automatically given an extra 50 vCash.
I don't think you've won anything yet because the MLS matches haven't been settled yet but you might still win that too.

There is a very simple way to access the vBookie which I reckon most vBookie users probably haven't noticed, here's how to find it:
On the Toolbar at the top of the screen click on vBookie as shown here:
This will take u to the following screen:
At this section it separates the vBookie events into:
"OPEN", "CLOSED" and "SETTLED".
Automatically u will be shown open events, events which are still taking bets.
To view closed events (events which are no longer accepting bets but which haven't been settled), click on the drop down menu shown in the 2nd picture and change the option to "CLOSED" and press "Go".
Then to view any thread simply choose whichever one u want to view and click "Thread" as shown here:
I hope this helps, if anyone is still confused just ask me via this thread or PM and I'll be happy to help.
