Default When Will Koeman Be Sacked?

Seems like a matter of time although he hasn't been here long.

When do you think he will be sacked? Or do you think he can turn things around?

Remember that La Liga managers have the shortest life span out of all the big leagues.

His track record so far:

Quote:
Valencia 0-2 Rosenborg
Valencia 3-0 Murcia
Racing Santander 1-0 Valencia
Valencia 0-0 Schalke
Valencia 0-3 Athletic Bilbao
Osasuna 0-0 Valencia
Chelsea 0-0 Valencia (Knocked out of Europe)
Valencia 0-3 Barcelona

Valencia's longest dry streak in the history of the club. Add that they're out of Europe and 7th in La Liga.

I'm sure he'll end the season, but then he'll be so tired that he'll be so eager to run away

By march i think, Valencia will be patient but he won't make the end of the season.

Very poor results under Koeman. He could be sacked at any time now. I think it's clearly he's not the right man to coach Valencia. They should sack him early as possible.

Valencia fans are also fuming at Soler for giving him a 3 year contract. They were desperate for a coach so threw a 3 year deal at Koeman. If fired then they have to pay him all his wages in the 3 years as a compensation package.

Lots of Valencia fans want the Mestalla coach Oscar Fernandez to take over as boss. Oscar is only 33 years old but has done wonders with 2 Valencia youth teams and is a Valencianista through and through. Oscar managed 2 games this season, the 5-1 loss to Madrid but he had only 1 session to prepare and then a 2-0 win over Mallorca in which Valencia fans say was better than all the Koeman games.

Valencia wanted a big name, now they have one

While everyone already knew that Koeman was overrated (not only people who followed him in Holland). He has never improved teams or players. Not at Ajax (his succes in his first season was down to Co Adriaanse who set a good foundation), not at PSV and i bet he won't improve Valencia either. And i can't remember a single player who has improved because of him

What an understatement

The people who voted 'end of january' will probably be closest. I don't rate him but didn't expect him to do THIS bad.

The problem is if they get rid of him which imo they should who could they get to replace him?? I cannot think of anyone decent enough for Valencia...perhaps Big Sam (Allardyce)...or would the board go for a Spanish manager?

Mourinho - I doubt it he would most likely go to Milan in the summer if that job is available.

Imo from the minute he came to the club and was so drastic, and still wasn't able to get results, I think he should have been kicked out quite some while ago.

They have a young coach called Oscar Fernandez I think who runs the B team and youth teams and has done wonders. A few Valencia fans are calling for Koeman to be sacked and for Oscar to take over until the end of the season. Oscar has already managed 2 games this season when Quique was fired and actually managed to win one whereas Koeman has won 1 in his entire reign.

But I think part of Valencia's problem is like Delllas said in that if they fire Koeman then they'll have no top class replacement. Personally I think a pot noodle in charge will put Valencia better off than Koeman but I'm not sure the board will do it.
