Very young roster with some obvious talent omitted (Donovan, Beasley, Howard, Bocanegra, Onyewu, Bradley). I like seeing Wynne in there. Good experience for the kids but I don't think we can seriously challenge with what appears to be our B (or maybe B+) team.

U.S. roster has young look for upcoming Copa America
The United States will be without Landon Donovan, DaMarcus Beasley, Clint Dempsey and Carlos Bocanegra when it plays a full-strength Argentina squad next week at Copa America.
Coach Bob Bradley went almost exclusively with young players in compiling his roster for the 12-nation championship of South America. Of the 22 players, 16 have made 10 or fewer appearances for the U.S. team. Fourteen are under the age of 25.
Only eight players on the roster for Sunday's CONCACAF Gold Cup final will make the trip to South America, with veteran goalkeeper Kasey Keller the most recognizable of names. Only four players from last year's World Cup squad are on the roster: Keller, defender Jimmy Conrad, midfielder Ben Olsen and forward Eddie Johnson. Keller and Conrad were the only ones to start a game in Germany.

I think a full US squad would do well against most of South America, but Brazil and Argentina are still well beyond us. The Copa America will be a great opportunity for Bradley and USSF to deepen out talent pool and give some kids some great international experience. I'm not expectig much but hoping for the best.

IMO the team that the US is sending to Copa America is way too weak. I would love to eat crow but I'm afraid these guys aren't going to represent the US very well. I hope I'm wrong. I like that Bradley is giving alot of guys chance to represent the US but we are sending a C team at best going up against many other teams that have there normal full squad.
