The United States Soccer Foundation, the development and philanthropic arm of soccer in the USA that was laucnhed with profits from the 1994 World Cup, is delivering $1 million in funds to 23 different groups and eight "24/7" grants for the construction of soccer fields as part of its ninth annual grants cycle.
