USA vs Mexico, April 28
3. FULL BOWL?: The USA-Mexico game to be played April 28 at the Cotton Bowl hasn't been officially announced, but Burn staff workers are checking a seating manifest for the upper deck, which isn't used for MLS games.
A crowd of 38,858 turned out last year to see Mexico beat Bolivia, 2-0, at Texas Stadium in Irving.
Only 12,242 showed up in March 1995 to see the U.S. play Uruguay at the Cotton Bowl. A lightning storm stopped the game in the second half, and many of the fans left prior to play being suspended when the sky turned green.
The Cotton Bowl can accommodate approximately 60,000 for soccer. Last month, an Interliga doubleheader drew 20,466 fans. In June, 2000, a crowd of 27,815 came out to see Mexico beat South Africa, 4-2.

Tony Sanneh on roster now.
"U.S. defender Tony Sanneh has been added to the roster for the USA-Haiti match on March 13 at Miami's Orange Bowl. The 2002 World Cup veteran has been sidelined with a back injury since December 2002 and has not appeared on a national team roster since his starting role for the U.S. in Korea/Japan."
I personally have always been a fan on Sanneh, hope he plays and re-proves himself.

Albright was also added.
Now we have 2 options at rightback, so a 4-4-2 might be possible now. Albright played at right fullback against Denmark and did ok.
Although, Sanneh hasn't played in over a year. Arena probably called him in to get an idea of where he is at with his injury.

"It's good to be back. The training is very intense. It's nice to play at this level, and focus on the next goal of qualifying for the World Cup. I still hope to be part of this team in the future."
-- Tony Sanneh, who’s in training camp with the USA in preparation for Saturday's friendly against Haiti. A starter of all five U.S. games at the 2002 World Cup, Sanneh, who plays for German Second Division club Nuremberg, has been out of action with injury for almost 15 months. (ussoccer.com)
"Basically the problem started with inflammation in the SI joint in my back, and my pelvis was also unstable. The inflammation causes pain, and the joint tries to fix itself by growing bone around it. The bone growth began to rub against another bone, causing more pain. The problem then travels to the muscles. You basically feel like your muscles are cramped all the time, which makes it impossible to run."
-- Sanneh, who has been examined by at least 20 doctors. (ussoccer.com)

1. U.S. SOCCER: Bruce Arena's men face Haiti in Florida friendly
UNITED STATES VS. HAITI
Orange Bowl, Miami
Saturday, March 13
8 p.m. ET (pay-per-view, Direct TV)
HISTORY: The United States has a 5-6-3 all-time record against Haiti, dating back to their first meeting, a 3-2 win in Port-au-Prince in 1954. Their most recent clash was a 3-0 U.S. win in Miami in February of 2000. The two nations have not met in World Cup qualifying since 1969, but could face each other this summer if Haiti upsets Jamaica and the United States moves past the winner of the Grenada-Guyana series, which will be resolved Sunday.
WHAT THEY'RE SAYING: The political turmoil in Haiti casts a shadow over this match. The Haitian team, coached by former U.S. player and New England Revolution coach Fernando Clavijo, has made Miami its base of operations while players anxiously watch news reports from home.
"It means a lot for Haiti to do well -- there's no question about that," Clavijo said. "The game of soccer is a little thing to celebrate, and you have to have priorities, but it's always important for people to play well in World Cup qualifiers especially. The players want to do well even more than usual, and the Haitian fans truly appreciate it. You hear it a lot, but they are very much a soccer-mad people."
U.S. coach Bruce Arena told the Associated Press: "The crisis in Haiti occurred and that adds a little bit more excitement to the game but hopefully in a good way not a bad way."
U.S. ROSTER (by position):
Goalkeepers (2): Kevin Hartman (Los Angeles Galaxy), Jonny Walker (MetroStars).
Defenders (5): Chris Albright (Los Angeles Galaxy), Carlos Bocanegra (Fulham), Dan Califf (Los Angeles Galaxy), Cory Gibbs (Dallas Burn), Ritchie Kotschau (Colorado Rapids), Eddie Pope (MetroStars).
Midfielders (7): Chris Armas (Chicago Fire), DaMarcus Beasley (Chicago Fire), Bobby Convey (D.C. United), Pablo Mastroeni (Colorado Rapids), Richard Mulrooney (San Jose Earthquakes), Pat Noonan (New England Revolution),Steve Ralston (New England Revolution), Tony Sanneh (Nuremberg/Germany)
Forwards (4): Landon Donovan (San Jose Earthquakes), Jovan Kirovski (Los Angeles Galaxy), Ante Razov (Chicago Fire), John Wolyniec (MetroStars).
