There's a player in Napoli's youth system that the U17s need to extend an offer to.
His name is Vincenzo Bernardo.
Dual citizenship with both USA and Italy.
Rumor has it Italy is planning to offer him a spot on the U17 team.
Now, while he's in Italy's sights, he stated in an interview that he prefers to play for the USA because he was born here.
The USA needs to go outside the Bradenton residency program and try and nab players like this before they become stars for other nations.

USA U17 '91 drew with England yesterday 0-0. They played Ireland today and need to win by atleast 3 to move on in the French tourney.
