FA Cup: 6th Round draw
Quote:
Middlesbrough or West Brom v Manchester United or Reading
Arsenal or Blackburn v Manchester City
Chelsea v Tottenham
Plymouth v Watford
|
Yet again the big 3 avoid each other.
What odds on semi finals of Chelsea v Watford and Arsenal v Man Utd?

Good, Spurs. They wount beat us at home. One of the worst teams of 2007. I mean last time they won a game? one win all season away in EPL. and four in all comps.
Nice plymouth vs Watford, Sinclair to give an impression for Aidy to sign him on loan next season.

They've played 6 away games in cup competitions this season (UEFA, Carling, FA) and have won 5 and lost 1, the 1 was only lost after the game went to extra time too (against Arsenal). They've been shit in the league but are doing well in the cups this season.

Watford at home is the best game we could have hoped for.

get fucking in there.
gutted it's not at home but it's a great chance of getting to the semis again. plymouth being in the middle of nowhere is really annoying though. if it's a lunchtime kick-off i doubt any of our fans will go.

A little over a decade ago the FA cup was our speciality. It's definitely going to be a tough game, but Russell is correct, we don't have much to play for in the EPL anymore so now it's UEFA and FA.

Interesting draw. Clash of the round is undoubtedly Chelsea hosting Tottenham.
