not happy with our draw at all...
chelsea away in the league cup and man utd away in the fa cup...
what a huge surprise that is...
*sigh*
still, at least if we are out early to a decent side, it means we can concentrate on the league more and we wont be getting injuries, or suspensions, etc....

That draw means we play you 3 times in 3 weeks:

United v Villa Jan 13th
There are some big ties for the 3rd round
Liverpool vs Arsenal
Man Utd vs Aston Villa

It's a fucking joke that a Premiership club can draw a Premiership club so early in the competition.Cup is good for the economic to the small clubs if they draw a club in the Premiership. It's pathetic if they draw a Premiership club and have to play away.I can't believe that FA have choose this system.

The fact the two top teams in the league could be drawn together in the 3rd round or a top prem club could be drawn away to a non-league team is what makes the FA Cup great.

Bollocks, you wouldn't have been complaining if Chelsea and Arsenal had drawn each other and you'd got Macclesfield.
Stockport at home for us, we'll probably win comfortably but I thought that about Accrington. Only the second time in seven years we haven't got a Premiership club in the third round, the only other time we didn't we got to the semis in 2003.

FC UNITED OF MANCHESTER, variously described and derided as 'brave rebels', 'irrelevant outsiders' and 'a right bunch of dicks'. Living testament to that peculiarly Mancunian talent for gazing at the world in all it's wonder, thinking for a minute, and then muttering "Nah that's bollocks. This is how we'll do it..."

OH OH OOH! It's Carrick you know! Hard to believe it's not Scholes!

Arsenal again eh
At least we're at home, i never fancy us away to good sides, but i think at Anfield we can beat anyone.
Got them in the league cup a couple of weeks before as well...

The best teams in the Premiership should meet each other not before in the quarter final at least. It's so boring to see a shit team in that stage when the gravity begins. Now Arsenal will be beat out already in the 3rd round. They will get all my sympathy.
