The FA Cup doesn't start in round three. The "top" clubs all get byes into the third round. If the top teams couldn't knock each other out in the early rounds you'd never have teams from lower leagues getting to the finals or semi finals...

If you want to win the cup you have to beat a top team somewhere anyway so why not get it out of the way early.

It's a dream for the teams from the lower stage to meet Liverpool.Instead Arsenal have to face them.I don't think they are happy with the draw like a team from a lower division would have been.
