Basically its a game independant of FF where people pick what team they want to "manage", you then create a teamsheet for every game, saying the lineup and tactics used, from rosters that are created for you
each player has thier own specific rating and this is an example of a game played out:

- How are each player's stats decided upon?
- How often would the games be played?
- And can I be Milan?

Yeah you choose starting lineup subs and penalty kick taker, but most importantly the tactic, as some tactics are better against others so well its sort of....tactical, home advantage is also a factor

You can also add in conditionals like bring on a certain player when your losing, change formation, tactic etc...but ill go into that later

The players stats are basically in 4 groups all out of 20 a la FM:
Shot stopping (goalkeepers)
Tackling (defenders, + dm)
Passing (dm, midfielders, am)
Shooting (strikers, am)
But it all depends on the player really, for instance say Terry is more likely to score than other central defenders, he gets a higher shooting value.
Dependant on thier form in game they can become better at a certain skill.

Oh and stats are decided between myself, Oliver_Kahn and FM....if there is a player neither of us have heard of we'll just send the roster over to the person who wanted it and they can rate them....with in reason

Games would probably be played 3 times a week (most likely monday, wednesday, friday) two of which are league games and one of which is cup.

Not randomised per se, it takes into account the players on both teams, the tactics the team uses, whether they are home or away and it also requires a bit of luck aswell
