What are spurs capable of?

In my opinion, spurs are one of those team that look almost dare I say unstopable well mayeb not unstopable, but certainly european material. With the likes of carr, King, Gardner and Ziege in our back 4 we shouldn't be letting in so many goals. With teh likes of Davies, Brown, Ricketts, Redknapp and Jackson we should be pushing forward more often, and here comes the most annoying thing of all. With Keane, Kanoute and Defoe upfront, we should be one of the most formiddable scoring machines in the premiership. But thanks to bad managing, obviously we're at the wrong end of the table, and fighting for the wrong thing, which is survival at the moment, when we should be fighting for a place in the uefa cup, maybe not even fighting for it. I say if and when spurs get a good manager (please Ranieri in the summer mr. levy!) then we could create a huge upset next season. oh yeah and it's tottenham hotspur not tottenham hotspurs whoever named this forum!

Yes I know Bolton got the double over us, but I'm saying that we should be nearly unstopable that was the whole point of the paragraph I wrote that we're not unstopable!

Relegation?

What a massive blow it would be to Robbo's confidence if he were to take TWO clubs down in 2 years. ::roll::

with the exception of Carr who's class, having those players in your defense is the reason you concede so many. Ziege is, was and always will be a winger playing fullback. and King and Gardner are just plain awful. Dean Richards is another donkey.

Spurs need 2 CB's, and LB, and a DM this summer, along with a keeper(that said, Keller has been better over the last 2 seasons than Robinson).

its quicker with sperz 2say who should stay
than where they need strengthenin

Spurs are a club with so much potential but they really need a young classy central midfielder and I think they can go places. Oh yes and a very good manager.

Paul Robinson- Potential England keeper still very yoing
Ledley King- Great prospect
Anthony Gardner - Improving all the time
Jermain Defoe - This guy is natural born goalscorer

A decent central midfielder who will stay fit and Tottenham have a lot go for them.

JD

Would you say that if Ledley King was playing for Arsenal he would do just a good a job as Kolo Toure?
