Thank you Spurts!
Robbo signed for you last night and you don't want him playing on Saturday in case he gets injured.
Thank you! We may have a chance of not conceeding double figures now.

Correct JD. Killa and Milner the real "Mr Leeds United thru' and thru's."
Alan who?
I take it Robbo's trial didn't involve the ability to communicate with defenders/save anything on his left blind-side/catch a ball then?

Robbo has made more mistakes this season than most keepers will make in their career. He's not overated, he's shit.
And Killa/Killer = Matty Kilgallon. Leeds thru' and thru' - another product of TA, classy central defender, often (unfairly) compared to Woodgreat, a diamond in the making.
Oh and I'm loving his hair. ::leedswac

oh right, i've heard about that Kilgallon chap, decidedly average is what i was told, but the chap who told me was a gobshite.
What about Aaron Lennon, how good is he really??

Decidedly average? You're right, he sounds a gobshite. Whether he can be as good as Woody remains to be seen. Players are often hyped up then falter or flatter to deceive but I personally believe he will go the full distance. He's a regular U-21 player and will be immense for us over the next 2 years. He's 20 now which is fairly late by our standards to be breaking into the first XI.
If Robby Bobson hadn't had it written into Caldwell's loan agreement that he HAD to play every game, then Killa would have been chosen over him every game, and I would wager my appartment on the fact that we would have conceeded half as many goals as we did when Caldwell played.
He's quite fond of breaking forward too, his goal ratio is better than Smiths although that doesn't say a lot.
Decidedly average is a most unjustified comment to make at this stage IMO.
Aaron has the potential to be one of THE best players our academy has ever produced not to mention a future starlet. At the moment he's a world-beating reserve - revered and feared. The fact he has been playing above his level for England since he were a nipper is testament to the high regard he is held in by many and a possible indication of what the future holds. However, he really needs to get his shit together and stay off the booze/party scene. He's only 17 and is out on the lash more than Dom Matteo, and that's going some. That in itself will determine a great deal for his unfulfilled potential/career.
It seems we are sheltering him for as long as possible to a) keep him away from the limelight and the vultures circling overhead, and b) preserve his breakthrough for Div1 which will be the ideal time to introduce him and will do him the power of good. He'll mature tenfold in Div1 as opposed to the Premiership. He'll be immense for us next term and will undoubtedly be one of the main players to shine in a period of consolidation and rebuilding.
Not that I'm pinning all my hopes on them....... ::roll::
