Just thought I'd warn you, I'm watching the game now so don't expect any more goals.

omg. deflection made Robinson look silly. 1-3 now and Spurs look like we'll be lucky to make the bottom 5 at this rate.

It took a big deflection yes but he saw it all the way. He could have at least dived and attempted to save it rather than simply watch the ball go past him.
If Robbo looked silly for the 3rd he looked fucking stupid for the 2nd goal. WTF was going on there?

As you say, Spurs always have bad starts, you'll get it back. Your strikkers don't know where they stand, your defense has been shot by injury and your midfield is narrow. With a few players back, you'll be playing better.
Half time, and Everton have really been very confident on the ball, with Spurs pinned back. Arteta has poped up in a few positions and made a nuisance of himself for your defense. Their issue early on was a lack of height up top, with AJ having to scrap about for headers - but that's a problem that hasn't existed since 2-1, they've got it on the ground in your half a lot. But you'll likely come out firey after the interval, they won't dominate.

It never ceases to amaze me that he has been given so many chances between the posts for England.
They really do need to come out firing in the 2nd half. This is embarrassing.

Spurs are suffering without Lennon's width and the Rocha-Gardner partnership has struggled with Arteta playing right against your defense. The goals have just given Everton more confidence in possession, you need some pace on the park to break them.

I know what you mean. I just don't rate him at all. Carson and Foster aren't quite experienced enough for International Football yet (plus Foster is injured) while Kirkland is always injured. Robinson is sort of the defacto choice as there isn't really anyone else.

Far from it
There could have been a goal at either end there.
