Aaron Lennon and Robbie Keane are available for selection for Sunday's FA Cup third round tie at Cardiff.

Martin Jol revealed the good news at Spurs Lodge this afternoon.

Aaron has been laid low of late with inflammation of his knee and missed our last six matches while Robbie has make a quick recovery from medial ligament damage suffered against Middlesbrough on December 5.

Martin reported: "Aaron Lennon will be considered for selection, I don’t know if he will start but he looks right and there is no pain. Robbie Keane is also back, he trained well yesterday and today, has worked hard on his conditioning and he looks well."

Hossam Ghaly is the main doubt for the weekend after splitting his lip and losing teeth at Portsmouth while Ledley King, Jermaine Jenas, Mido and Paul Stalteri remain sidelined.

Martin added: "Hossam Ghaly is a player we will have to make a late assessment on. His lip is healing well, he had had some dental work carried out and we’ll make a decision tomorrow.

"JJ is running well, doing fine. He had an ankle fracture and that’s never easy and it will take him another couple of weeks. Ledley has a bruised foot, he’s been doing some gym work and he will hopefully be fit for selection next week.

"Mido has a groin strain, he is also doing some conditioning work but needs another week. Paul Stalteri has a thigh strain, he’s progressing well but will be out for another 10 days."

Both Keane and Lennon came on late in the game and didn't get much of a chance to change the impact of the game. It will be good to have both available again although I would still keep Keane on the bench and go with Berbatov and Defoe in the starting lineup.
