So it's ManU this weekend...........
Hmmmm, if I could pick the worst time to have ManU it would be this weekend... Not only are we visiting after their hapless Champions league encounter on Tuesday that they will want to scrub out, but also a fresh and frustrated Rooney is back in attack after missing that game...
All in all, I know we're going to be in for a hel of a ride as Alex will want his team to silence the Old Trafford boo-boys of Tuesday night. Their league form has been alright anyway...
Spurs are on the back of a 3 match winning run and are having their best prem' start ever, I just only hope that this coming game won't bring the party to a grinding hault... We beat them last year but Mendes's goal was not given, maybe it's pay back time!
Oh, and let's not forget that the rejuvenated Gunners are making the short trip to WHL the following week, deep-joy...... it could be a tough reality check over the next 2 weeks....

man utd arent anywhere near the force they were or maybe even could be.
thye dont have stunning reputation in them atm....especially against a good side like spurs with goalies like robinson, defenders like king, midfielders like davids and strikers like defoe.

Hanumonkey is right you know. We are a spent force.
Hopefully we'll scrape a win somehow.

your not dead....your still the second or third best side in england and at your best perhaps top 10 in europe.
but with injuries...tired legs...inexperience...poor management/tatics.....well you know the rest.

we could get something from this game if Jol doesn't do too much tinkering with the formation.

This is a test Tottenham have been waiting for ...
They are well prepared and have the key players fit. I can see Spurs giving Man Utd a run for their money and maybe walk away with a point or 3.

On the contrary, I think Jol will stick to the team and formation from the Everton game. He knows it has strength, bite and pace and a couple of good strikers in Mido and Defoe.
With Mido proving to be very good in the air and Gary Neville and Heinze both out their LB and RB positions are going to be weak which will mean that Lennon, Jenas and Lee and Stalteri (if they can get forward) will hopefully be able to get at ManuU there to put some crosses onto Mido's head...
I think the game will be won in midfield tomorrow and I reckon we are slightly more superior with both Giggs and Keane out for United.... We'll see....

If this isn't the right time to beat them, then I don't know when it is. They are not a good football team at the moment.

You should have beaten us last season (or did, depending on how you view it) and you are better now. It will be a very very difficult game for us.
