It's getting complicated
and please bear in mind the "keep your..." thread.

From the BBC;
Tottenham issue Arnesen ultimatum
Tottenham have given Chelsea until 1200 BST on Friday to resolve the row surrounding the Blues' approach to sporting director Frank Arnesen.
Photographs in Thursday's papers show Arnesen on board Chelsea owner Roman Abramovich's yacht but the club say the meeting was "purely a social occasion."
"Having seen the pictures we've contacted Chelsea and set them a deadline," said a Spurs spokeswoman.
"If we don't reach agreement by noon on Friday, we'll make a formal complaint."
Spurs suspended Arnesen on 4 June after claiming Chelsea approached him without consent.
Chelsea, though, have insisted they followed Premier League rules.
CHELSEA STATEMENT:
"Chelsea is aware of photos showing Frank Arnesen with Roman Abramovich on his yacht.
"Mr Abramovich and Mr Arnesen know each other and were holidaying in the same location.
"Roman and his wife then invited Frank and his wife for lunch. It was a purely social occasion."
The two clubs had been in extensive negotiations over a compensation package when it became clear Arnesen was keen to move to Stamford Bridge.
But potential deals, including moves for Chelsea players Scott Parker (now at Newcastle), Mikael Forsell and Carlton Cole, have all fallen through.
The publication of the photographs from Abramovich's yacht, taken earlier this week in Sardinia, has angered Spurs and resulted in the ultimatum.
Abramovich is believed to have returned to England to take part in emergency talks with Tottenham and stave off the threat of a points deduction.

that levy is one arrogant ****.
1. have a bit of backbone and stand up for your morales rather than see whether you can sell them first.
2. get a bit more back bone and stand up to arnesen...he is under contract, he will do as he is ****ing well told.

Or Chavski could have a bit of morales and not tap him up in the first place!
Also, he never if he is under contract, his heart wouldn't be in it and he wouldn't complete his responsibilities anywhere near to the best of his ability.

thats not chelseas fault that is his poor mental facets.
chelse broke a rule...but it was a stupid rule and i dont think there was anything wrong in forwarding a letter to him telling him chelsea were interested.
levy SHOULD have told arnesen chelsea had made a bid....i think the fact that didnt happen should be investigated.

Proof that football is dying when dissidents can buy their way out of trouble, and those affected can be appeased by it.

FC UNITED OF MANCHESTER, variously described and derided as 'brave rebels', 'irrelevant outsiders' and 'a right bunch of dicks'. Living testament to that peculiarly Mancunian talent for gazing at the world in all it's wonder, thinking for a minute, and then muttering "Nah that's bollocks. This is how we'll do it..."

OH OH OOH! It's Carrick you know! Hard to believe it's not Scholes!
