Good game so far, Toronto are unlucky to be down 1 goal. Nice to see the support of the red patch boys in Ohio.
Carver is a genius. He almost got away with a sneaky set-play which brennan blew it, by chipping the ball over the net, no defender on him. And samuel with a PK, try to go right but the keeper saved it.

Why did samuel take it?
I would choose edu.... he has a good shot. Mistakes costs us the game and we had two golden opportunities to tie the game but didn't.
The positive side is, we managed to produce some key setplays.

I agree. MLS sucks as far as pace, and skill but set plays, we see a lot of them.
The thing that bothers me is that toronto doesn't have a natural forward like a jeffrey gonscalves, who they drafted! Lombardo is not a pure striker, our backline is ok but when you have shitty goalkeeping, it doesn't help.
I expect us to improve but the we're still gonna be a 500 team.

Why was Brian Edwards in goal? Is Sutton OK or did Edwards win the job?

I think sutton is injured. Edwards did fairly a good job, was positioned well but made some sloppy plays. Sutton is more experienced and is certainly bigger then edwards as far a size, so if he wasn't injured I don't know what carver was thinking.
Tyler hemming is a kid to watch out for... he has what it takes to make the team.
