Congrats to the fans!!
I gotta say, toronto has the best fans in the MLS. The fans have been called enthusiastic, but sometimes rowdy by North American standards but with a team who has underperformed and went through a transistional period with a goaless drought, I would say the future looks bright. My only concern is mo blow, Even when we had a horrendous drought, he didn't even consider tinkering the line-up and with the likes of adu, cunny, lombardo....there was talent to explore. Not to mention with what toronto had to endure with injuries, they still managed to sell-out games.
In thier inagural season, Toronto FC had an average attendance of 20,130 fans a match, 3rd in the league behind the LA Galaxy and DC United, despite a poor statistical record.
Good luck next year!!
As for the keeper role, who would you choose -- Stamatopolous or Sutton?
