LYNX CONFIDENCE. The USL’s Toronto Lynx plans on playing in the new 20,000-seat stadium at Exhibition Place next season despite the presence of an MLS expansion team.
Lynx co-owner Bruno Hartrell told the Toronto Star that the Lynx can average 5,000 a game. Its highest average attendance in nine seasons is 2,795 a game in 2001.

according to reports on the Newark Star Ledger, Tony Meola the starter for most of the season, lost the job to Conway, down the strech. Meola is older and makes more money $125,000 to Conway $48,250. Meola however has no place to go, the only team in the league that needs a goalie is Kansas City, the team Meola won a championship in 2000 before he return to his hometown club last year, or perhaps expansion Toronto FC, which begins to play next season with ex Red Bulls coach Johnston as the coach.
By the way the salary cap in the league of $1.8 million is expected to increase

Meola is not a Good Fit with Toronto. I think they want Young Players.
