Well it is Canada, and if there is a Union, and he did after he started working there, there is little they can do.
Actually, they can't not hire her/him because of that, as that would be discrimination.

First off, I thought he was younger than 17 I guess by that age you should be able to cope, but if he was an elementary school student he shouldn't have to worry about whether or not Mrs. Simpson used to be Mrs. Simpson's husband there are somethings that are just not necessary for the development of an adolescents mind. |
