I think people have to learn to associate different emotions toward certain people. If one feels very stressed out, they should find time to themselves to calm down before they act awkwardly. If a person is stressed...then it will effect every relationship. The person just needs to calm down and deal with the situation as best as possible. Otherwise, the person's stress will results in the people surrounding them to becomes stressful as will and cause additional problems.

i agree but sometimes people dealing with alot of stress try to calm down but then it's one problem after another and it can take a toll on the person body emotional and physically

Stress is very dangerous to a persons physical health. Stress can lead to many issues with the body. I don't have much stress in my life..the only stress i have is whether Roma will be shown on tv next week lol

 Very true...i heard yoga, or changing your diet is a way to relieve stress. And also sex can be another method as well.

Actually the diet is supposed to really help. Having more natural sugars and gives you more energy. So if you're feeling tired/stressed, maybe the foods will help. Or vitamins can provide supplements as well.

At least we argue over small things and never fight over anything big. We usually get over things very fast...tops 2 hours.
