He was not shy of naming the clubs that he fancies moving to, however.
"In all the places [I have been] I have had to start at the bottom…so I would now like to go to a club of stars, for example Real Madrid or Barcelona," he said.
Klose started his career with Kaiserslautern and joined Bremen in 2004. He scored 30 goals for the club last season before winning the Golden Boot at the World Cup in Germany this summer.
He has scored twice so far in this campaign.

Another Michael Ballack type of player, only interested in €€€
I would like to see him sign for Bayern, but I think he is moving to the Premiership next season.
Klose is worth around 35m €

Klose was asked today by Frings to not leave Bremen.
I think it would be a big blow for the Bundelsiga to see departing the 2 best German players, in only 2 years: Ballack and now Klose.

Bremen returned to big performances before the CL match with Levski.
Today Bremen beat Bochum 6-0 away and maintained the top spot
