Not confirmed still.
It's all what media says.
I won't believe it until I see it confirmed in his profile.

Carlos Alberto To Sign For Werder
Media reports in Brazil claim that the transfer of Carlos Alberto to Werder Bremen will be completed soon.
O Globo have reported that the 22 year old midfielder will join Werder for €8 million.
Alberto was not selected for Fluminense’s latest game against Goias sparking speculation over the move.
The paper reported that MSI (the investment group which owns the player) had agreed to the sale and requested for him not to be chosen.
Despite his age, the skilful Brazilian is an experienced player. He has 5 international caps, and won the Champions League in 2004 while at Porto. In 2005 he won the championship with Corinthians.
Fluminense are keen to keep midfielder, but it seems Werder will finally get their man.

^ I know, but it's not confirmed from TM itself yet.
That report was saying 'according to the media', so there's nothing official.

Yeah, he created a lot of shit at Porto, he was 2 games straight on the bench and then started to fuck with Mourinho.. You just don't fuck with Mourinho, so he put Carlos Alberto training with the reserve team and he never played again on that season.. (2 months with the reserve team..). On January, he was sold to Corinthians for a very nice fee..

Werder’s Carlos Alberto Bid In Doubt As MSI Face Prosecution
Quote:
Werder Bremen face problems in their bid to sign Brazilian Carlos Alberto.
It is being reported that another club have offered more than the €7.5 million on the table from Werder. Secondly, the investment firm MSI who own the transfer rights for the player face prosecution for money laundering.
On Thursday evening the 6th chamber of the Brazilian ministry of justice issued arrest warrants for Kia Joorabchian (president of MSI), Nojan Bedroud (MSI director), and Boris Berezovsky the Russian billionaire who is seen as the man behind MSI.
The charges relate to illegal money laundering. The $32.5 million that MSI used to buy Carlos Tevez, Javier Mascherano, Carlos Alberto and Nilmar came from the illegal business of Boris Berezovsky, claim the Brazilian justice department.
All MSI bank accounts in Brazil have been frozen. Also under charge are Corinthians president Alberto Dualib, his vice-president Nesi Curi as well as business managers Renato Duprat and Paulo Angioni.
Brazil’s state lawyer Martins de Oliveira told newspaper ‘Folha de Sao Paulo, “Interpol have been notified and we have lodged an application for deportation. The problem is that Joorabchian and Bedroud are British citizens and Britain does not accept deportation. As a political refugee, Berezovsky enjoys particular protection.”
Whether Werder Bremen will now be able to conclude the Carlos Alberto transfer remains in doubt.
“Like I have said before, the transfer will be difficult” explained Werder manager Klaus Allofs.
What effect this will have on the proposed transfer of Carlos Tevez from West Ham to Manchester United is unknown.

Didn't the previous reports say he signed with Bremen?
Now he's not officially signed yet, huh?
Oh well..
That would be funny.. If they can't sign him.
