When I get a new PM, I get the pop-up. But when I click OK from the pop-up to read the PM, it doesn't open the PM, there's an error there.

That's happened with me a couple of times recently, I think maybe what happens is that the popups are not allowed by some computers, at least that's what happens for me.

actually i've been having problems with it recently too, i do have a pop-up blocker but ive made my settings so that pop-ups from TS are allowed but it still doesn't work, does anyone have any ideas

I was on a computer with Windows 98...and the pop up window didn't work...it pops up saying a private msg, but then when the window opens, the page doesn't display.....no big deal....how many people are still on Win 98 anyways!
