Do we have a young players section?
Meaning a place to talk about the best up and coming talent in the world??
I can remember being a member of some forum that did, not sure if it was this one or not.

Okay no one seems to want to reply to this so I will...
Good idea, but I don't think we're ready for a whole forum dedicated to only young players just yet.
My advice to you is to make a 'Young Players' thread in the General Football forum (or where ever you feel is appropriate) and see if it takes off. After that we'll take it from there.
Oh and every 'New Signings' thread gets closed eventually, not just yours.

I've tryed making few youth threads, but no one really seems to care on this forum.
I think it's great idea, love talking youth football.

I care! The portuguese forum has plenty of useful articles on young portuguese talent, its hard to find other nations prospects due to lack of info.

I was here long before you were little man,
And as pointed out, i was a SuperMod of this site and would be still if i'd not had to leave.
The idea of the Youth Football thread would bring fans of all nations together. It would be a place to talk about under-age international teams as well as exciting prospects at each of our individual clubs. We could also discuss the pro and cons of the different rules towards signing young players in different countries. Transfer of young players is something that often goes un-noticed but it's the future of our game. |
