I personally would like to see the VBookie made more interesting. As it stands right now, we can only get more VBookie points if we bet. How about earning points by posting, the longer the post, the more the VBookie points. And also maybe we can have a VShop, where we can purchase stuff using the VBookie fans, definitely makes it more interesting.

Im pretty sure you get vcash based on posts or days you are here...because i keep loosing all my money and every couple days i get 50 more and i didnt win anything

If you have 0 vcash you automatically get 50 for "free" when a new vbookie event is created.

As for earning vcash for things other than placing successful vbookie bets... I don't see why? vbookie is a virtual bookie, a place to bet fake money on sporting events and test your gambling skills against others. If you can win vcash by doing something other than betting it would pretty much kill the game.

Exactly, plus it would make people post one liners all the time just to get more vcash.

Yeah, I don't really think the posts = vCash thing will work too well here, but I like the idea of a vShop.

You're right about the vBookie though, next season (inspired by MUMUFMUFCOK!'s failed attempt) I'll try and organise competitions like who can reach 1000vCash first, starting with only £1...

when you start the comp and measure 1000 from there or what?

Post = vCash does not necessarily mean people can abuse them. We could fix it at a very small amount earned, so what if they make 1 liners. Perhaps 5% of the number of words could be the points they earn. I didn't know we have 50 cash inserted once we hit 0.

Well I don't have the power to be able to fix everyone's amount of vCash on a certain number, and since vCash is rebooted to 50 with every new event if u have less than 50, I was thinking we could just have everyone who wanted to compete write their names in a thread, and then we could keep a track of how much people bet and on what, with a limit being set, and if u pass the limit then those bets won't be counted.

So say I have 3000 vCash overall, I would only be allowed to spend £1 on an event, and I'd have to say in that thread: 'i've put £1 on Man Utd beating Chelsea' (for example). You can then bet on other events just to increase ur vCash, but u'll have to have stated what u put ur money on before the events are settled, otherwise u could put £1 on several different events and then choose the one that paid the most to put towards the competition.

I hope that makes sense...

That would stand a better chance of working, I think we need to see more people's opinions and admins' opinions before we dismiss or accept it...

And yeah I only figured out the automatic gift of 50 a couple of weeks ago, I don't control it (other than by making the new threads), so it's all automatic...

How about increasing the quota in the PMs. It is very little to only contain 20 PMs especially in the case of the fantasy football game, we need to keep track of deals and having more space would definitely help a lot.
