I think an option for disabling saving the SENT msg would be a start. Like i posted in a different thread here.

I agree with you on this. It's downright annoying and pretty useless actually. I'll look into it some more. Couldn't find anything at first glance to turn it off. The problem with increasing quota is that it takes up server room and can affect performance. Also some people abuse it, but I'm taking it under consideration and will do what needs to be done to keep everybody happy. Maybe it's something you earn so even if we can't increase quota for everybody we can do it if you've posted more than a certain number of posts and have a good rep.

I like this idea, but maybe the amount of time you've been on the site should be involved somehow too? Otherwise people could abuse it and post crap just to increase their post count.
Another idea-- maybe even after you "qualify" for an increased quota (via whatever criteria are decided upon), you don't get it unless you specifically ask? I.e., as opposed to automatically increasing the quota once the criteria are met.

yes, good points. It definitely wouldn't be automatic and you're right about posting crap. Seems like something that our valuable members should be able to earn.

GOOD NEWS:
I spent some time and figured out a way to uncheck the option to save a copy of PMs by default. You can still check it if you want it to save them but now you don't have to uncheck each time or risk filling up your inbox.
Tricky to do this actually. I'm surprised they don't just offer a setting for it because it's such an important thing.

I think new signing threads have to be closed after around 2 weeks.
People are going back to threads from 3 months ago and "welcoming" members who joined the site before them...

Yeah, I've noticed this too, it's... interesting.
I think it's harmless though. It's a pretty strange phenomenon, but I don't know if the threads really need to be closed for it.

I would like to see a wallpapers tab up on top where there are tabs for "Home, Forum, Articles etc."

What I would like to see differently is if there could be a sub forum for the Brazilian Leagues and the Argentina Leagues.
So when you click on South American Football there would be two sub forums on top.Brazilian League and Argentina League.
That is all I currently would like to see differently.

I don't think it's possible but is their some way of "hiding" certain sections?
When I come on the site I look at New Posts and have to wade through pages of drivel I don't care about, all of which eminates from the same couple of forums.

I would like to see that too someday, though it doesn't seem that Argentine and Brazilian football generates enough interest here (yet) to warrant subforums. Hopefully there will soon be enough active TS members interested in those leagues that we'll need subforums for them.

No thanks.
Chat room reduces the forum activity.
Chatting is done in threads here.
