Thats bollocks and he knows it. Porto get 99% of the decisions in their favour and because one game the referee gives decisions against him he goes crying off because he can't take it. This guy needs a slap around the face. I say sack him know. Good ridance to bad rubbish.

Jean Paul é o novo treinador do Sporting B, após consumado o pedido de demissão de Luís Aleluia, decisão que foi aceite pela Administração da SAD «leonina».


Jean Paul, que ultimamente desempenhava funções de coordenação técnica na área da formação, regressa assim ao comando técnico da equipa B, dado que foi técnico principal da equipa nos dois primeiros anos da sua existência.

Os treinadores-adjuntos Leonel Pontes e Iordanov manter-se-ão nos respectivos cargos.

Recorde-se que o Sporting B ocupa actualmente o penúltimo lugar (19.º) da classificação geral da II Divisão na Zona Sul, com 15 pontos em 22 jogos.

Sporting – «Em termos de sociedades não é possível cortar relações» (Bettencourt)

O administrador do Sporting, José Eduardo Bettencourt, reagiu hoje ao alegado corte de relações por parte do FC Porto e garantiu que no actual sistema de sociedades tal situação não é viável.


«Não faz sentido a nível de sociedades existir um corte de relações. Em termos de clubes ainda posso entender, agora não se cortam relações entre sociedades, não existe essa possibilidade», assegurou Bettencourt, que admite uma alteração nas relações pessoais com os elementos do FC Porto.

«O Sporting tinha grandes relações com a área profissional e com as pessoas muito competentes que trabalham no FC Porto. Agora, aquilo que vi foi a proibição dessas pessoas poderem falarem connosco.»

Em relação às declarações de Pinto da Costa, onde o presidente portista afirmou que Bettencourt devia ser demitido no fim deste processo, o dirigente «leonino» agradeceu a honestidade do discurso do máximo dirigente do FC Porto: «Acho que tudo aquilo que o senhor Pinto da Costa disse foi honestíssimo e tudo aquilo que disse é verdade. Acho que ele foi honesto e aprecio a sua franqueza.»

Revelou Bettencourt antes de partir para a Madeira, onde, no sábado, o Sporting tem difícil deslocação ao campo do Nacional.
