What do these people teach in Luton?
Ricardo Quaresma: forever a Porto legend. Thank you for all the memories.

why not? 10 years ago it was the place to go, with Rui Costa, Paulo Sousa, Fernando Couto making a lot money and also won a lot trophies
Spain isn't good for Portuguese players

Figo was going to Juventus,
if it was not for his agent signing papers for two teams at the same time, he was force out of Italy and then he signed with Barcelona
Barcelona was not his first choice, it was Juventus

true, there used to be more Portuguese in Italy
and Figo was supposed to go to Juve back in the 90s.
Spain and Italy are both good places to go, even England is a good place to go now that Portuguese players are finding success these days in England.

Lots of players have gone to the British Isles, Cadete one of the more successful, Porfirio, Dominguez , Jorge Costa , all early on.
