Excellent signing, was brilliant for us in the championship, unfortunately got made the scapegoat for Sunderlands premiership failure.

Saw the news on sky sports and they said he's reuniting with his former Ipswich boss, just like the bbc did. Lazy journelism, Joe Royle signed him. But he's an excellent shot stopper, should be a great signing for £1m

he certainly has been scapegoated, but although he was highly rated before he went to sunderland, he let in a few goals didn't he.

the truth will probably be somewhere in the middle.

He let in a quite a few goals at Ipswich, yet the common feeling amongst fans was that with a proper defence in front of him he would of had a much better looking record.
