Today I saw a game better than all of Euro 2004 actually euros were bollocks compared to this match.ARGENTINA 6 ECUADOR 1.Saviolia with three goals why dont Barcelona recognize how talented this guy is.South America=Pure Football.

I'll watch the match when I get home
but I'd be seriously surprised if that kind of a thrashing
could be even nearly as good as Czech Rep v Holland
an awesome game
literally1 of the best I have ever seen

6-1, best game for who?

I'm an Argentina fan, but I fail to see how one pasting another team, by that score, can be considered a good game. Maybe if your an Argentina supporter.

Really, why would they do that? I've heard nothing of this?

I know Adriano is on the team.

Brazil squad for 2004 Copa America

Goalkeepers: Fabio (Vasco da Gama), Julio Cesar (Flamengo)

Defenders: Maicon (Cruzeiro), Mancini (Roma), Gustavo Nery (Sao Paulo), Gilberto (Sao Caetano), Juan (Bayer Leverkusen), Cris (Cruzeiro), Marcelo Bordon (Stuttgart), Luisao (Benfica)

Midfielders: Dudu Cearense (Kashiwa Reysol), Renato (Santos) Julio Baptista (Sevilla), Edu (Arsenal), Kleberson (Manchester United), Diego (Santos), Alex (Cruzeiro), Felipe (Flamengo)

Strikers: Luis Fabiano (Sao Paulo), Adriano (Inter), Ricardo Oliveira (Valencia), Vagner (Palmeiras)

I think they needed a rest so they decided not to pick them. Sham really but it be intresting to see adriano, fabiano, diego and kleberson even though he is injured for the first game.

i watched some copa america today, mexico vs uraguay

first off, forlan was shit but we all know that

and second, how are mexico so far up in the world rankings? they are a poor team who play around in defence and nearly give goals away. also they give way too many passes away and when they have goal kicks, they have defenders around the edge of their own area? why?

and the uraguay keeper should be banned for match fixing, if you saw mexico's 2 goals you will know why

copa america has seen seriously weakened squads for years now
the fact that WC qualifying is now a south american league
has lessened it's importance
the best SA team will finish top of that league rather than win the copa
and the Olympics are now something of a holy grail for Brasil

Very sad!

Robaldo, ranking are based on who you beat, and you move up, when you beat higher ranked teams. I think Mexico upset Brasil a few times, in the last few years, so they moved up. They are not as good as they once were, and I agree, they play crap football.
