I´m a big fan of him, he started in my home away from home of DC, I want to see the kid succeed, but the Benfica management are holding his progress back

he basically got killed since he arrived from the Olympics

Fernando Santos saw what he could do in the Olympics and had him on his plans, same with Fabio Coentrao but the arrival of Camacho they went after Maxi Pereira and C Rodriguez
Rodriguez been very good, but Maxi Pereira had a couple good games
Camacho also killed the two Benfica kids, Romeu Ribeiro who played in some CL games and Miguel Vitor the central defender

we missed Fernando Santos

In retrospect, Fernando Santos was doing quite well in Benfica

FS doing a better job than Camacho is not saying much. The bar was not very high to begin with.

Maybe so, but at least Santos was giving the youth some more playing time and was doing better in the league

Santos was a better coach, just not a very good one. Lets also not forget that he had players like Simao kind of helps too. Don't get me wrong though, if I had to choose between the two, I would prefer Santos for sure. I just wont go so far as saying that he was or is a good coach. We need someone much better than him at this point.

I feel bad for Adu.

Never gets chances to show his skills.
If he leaves he will have a better career and would not be dissapointed.
