Camacho needs to bench both Cardoza and Gomes and play both Mantorras and Adu upfront..He needs to get aggressive on wednesday and play his best players..I really feel that Cardoza was a waste of money...

O Benfica empatou esta noite com o vitória de Setúbal (1-1) em jogo da primeira mão dos quartos-de-final da Carlsberg Cup, disputado no Estádio da Luz. Foi mais uma daquelas partidas “dejá vu” em que os treinadores dos clubes chamados grandes colocam em campo jogadores pouco utilizados dizendo que os querem observar, como se não soubessem de antemão que o simples facto de não jogarem com regularidade dificilmente lhes permitirá exibirem-se a um bom nível e isto se para tanto tiverem categoria. José António Camacho quis provar esta noite que não tem nada que ver com as contratações que o Benfica fez no princípio de época e que precisa de reforços. O Benfica empatou com o Vitória de Setúbal (1-1) e se fosse pelo futebol que desenvolveu no primeiro tempo merecia perder. Mas, os jogos têm noventa minutos e foi exactamente no termo da partida que os “encarnados” empataram através de um grande remate de Adu. Não importa para a análise dos factos se o golo do Vitória de Setúbal, da autoria de Mateus aos 12 minutos, foi ou não foi um descarado fora de jogo… O Vitória de Setúbal não é o Benfica, nem tem o dinheiro que custa o plantel do Benfica, treinador incluído. A verdade é que depois do que se passou na Amadora na eliminatória anterior, este Benfica dá que pensar…

Adu a goal in every 62m, I hope he open some people's eyes
scored 2 goals in two games
he was foul inside of the box by Joao Moutinho in the game with Sporting
and also scored a 3rd goal for the win, on penalties vs E Amadora

In tonight’s case, in the stands to the final moments of a nailbiter… The exhiliration of that must needed and deserved goal to keep the dream alive in the champions league…

Good job freddy! Im glad ur finally getting some playing time and showing ppl what your worth. Keep focused, working hard, and things will keep getting better! I am really proud of having such a humble player in our team..
All i ask now is that you get in contact a little more with the supporters! go next to them, talk to us and feel our support..
