Simao refused Valencia again
for what I understand Benfica and Valencia already reach a deal, its all about Simao salary, he wants to get paid 2.5 million euros a year, Valencia offer 1.8 million but that was a insult he makes about the same with Benfica because of the high taxes in Spain.
