Chelsea or Real Madrid would pay that much. Anything in that range is reserved for superstars. He is far from that.

Italian clubs would not pay that much.

Portuguese players are too expensive, but the teams like to get players on the free market, like Robert Laurent for example.

Portuguese teams already signed players until 2010, one player without a contract his the U21 Ze Castro, rumors going to either Porto or At. Madrid.

I have seen Lusaio play, he is alright, but not worth that much.

I understand your point, but I don't see him go anywhere, special after Paulo Ferreira was sold for 20 million euros, and Ricardo Carvalho for 30 million.
