You can blame coach Camacho on some things, but LFV is the man that organize this team...I understand that controlling the budget is critical for LFV, but he needs to balance both things and try to put the best product on the field..I would rather he open his wallet on two decent establish players and mix them with some of their home grown youth players..Instead Benfica dumps a bunch of money on a bunch of unproven players. I would rather see Benfica spend 20 million on 3 good players instead of 20 million on 10 crappy players..

On a brighter note, Simao was in the stands watching the game with a couple of the suspended and injured players.

Funny, in most other teams when the star player leaves they are hated yet this one is loved and makes it to games when he can, how we could use him.

That Atletico experience is turning into a nightmare and that club has more horrors than our present Benfica side.

Could have been worse

but yeah i get your point, still he is a useful player to have especially this season because he could have aimed his passes at the tall goalscorer (Cardozo) he didn't have last season.
