You were poor, Leixoes were very good.
The match could have gone either way, but the draw is probably the fairer result. However, if anything, it's Leixoes that deserved to win

benfica came out playing very well.. and i'll give him his due.. nuno gomes played exceptionally well in the first half. technically benfica should have won that game due to the phantom offsides call on gomes's goal that would eventually become the final.. but i digress..
the officiating was horrendous in this game.. from the phantom offsides to the penalty turned free kick (which they actually got right but seemed extremely strange to watch)..
the 2nd half belonged to leixoes by an endless margin.. here's where benfica went down the toilet..
first of all i'm starting to understand less & less on what exactly benfica is trying to accomplish in these games... are they actually trying to win games or simply entertaining me by the fact that they can play and be effective but before that turns into a victory they won't give me that satisfaction?
2nd of all.. what in the blue hell was behind the thought process of the nuno assis for nelson substitution and drop back maxi perreira? that one still bothers me beyond recognition..
3rd.. the clinging onto the thought of bringing adu in with 5 minutes left is really starting to upset me to the point where im gonna start calling camacho fernando santos camacho.
4th.. i was entertained extremely by a real team in porto taking care of business against a solid braga team quite effortlessly.

Porto really has no competition this season -- By far, they have had the better signings. Benfica has talent but they coach is mishandling this team, a bit unfortunate they don't look at their youth more.

V Guimaraes just took the lead over Setubal
a mistake by the referee, the goalscorer was a mile offside

i'like to see, how many changes will be done to the starting 11.
Maybe Adu will get some significant PT.

Let's be realistic. Benfica has been out of the running for a while now.. As a benfiquista, i hate to say this, but Porto is stronger, more consistent and has a better squad, they will not be giving many more points. They will spank Sporting and they will cruise to their 3rd consec title. that is the reality my friend.
11points - is a lot, taking 3 away, assuming benfica can beat them, that is still 8 points. 2 losses and 1 tie - where do you see Porto losing points? against who?
they have put away Braga - Sporting will be next, and after they beat Sporting they can very well start thinking about winning the league.

that's why I would rather saved the money now, play some of the young lads and go after a couple good players at the end of the season
screw Camacho, let him use the players he got now
