Well he went to Benfica, but it seems to be a bust, just like Borgetti in EPL's Bolton .

The guy doesn't get enough minutes. Hard to prove yourself when u get 5 minutes a month in average.

well yeah, Braga at home is a tough one
there the only ones who beat Porto so far.
I only saw parts of the game, and Braga played a good game.
BTW Jorge Costa as assistant coach of Braga, I wonder if he will become a head coach one day.

That was Borgetti's line too. I think the coaches in these two guys cases just don't get satisfied with their work in the training grounds and consequently leave them off of their starting 11. It may be more of a cultural perception of either side of the relationship (coach-player) of what is expected to be produced in the training sections.

You could be right. European soccer is not Mexican soccer. I just think a guy should be giving a shot. He started against Porto and i really liked him.

Hey Z187, can you edit the title of this thread? It looks a bit weird to be talking about a Benfica player in the Sporting forum......

If you think Boavista and Pacheco coached teams are tuff, i think Costa would bring the pain in every game. I could see him having a 40 man team, considering he would have 3-4 guys suspended every week.

hmm, I checked around and I dont know if i have the power to change the title.
Instead I moved it here, if you want it back in the SCP forum just move it back
but I guess maybe you can merge this with the SLB forum Fonseca thread?

I just order an away Nuno Gomes and a home Luisao jerseys, plus a kit for my son!
I also got confirmation they have the new Bwin logos and numbers. The RC i bought in the summer while in Portugal it had the old liga numbers.
