Last year
Braga 3-2 Sporting
Braga 3-2 Benfica
At home Sporting beat Braga 1-0 in the last game of the season, that sent Benfica to 3rd.
I forgot what happened when Braga went to Luz.
but Braga this year, the only ones that have beaten Porto.

the top 3 teams are too strong this season, they going to go at it from minute 1, look what Porto are doing, that's the way to play the smaller clubs
we don't long have the coach's from the dutch land

My only concern is that we make it out of the Group stage of the Champions league...Benfica are coming together real nice. They brought in some talented young players and are giving Nelson his opportunity. Last season Koeman turn his back on those players who help Benfica qualify to the knockout round. Nelson was banish to the bench even though he was involved in the two goals against Manchester United.

Ricardo Quaresma: forever a Porto legend. Thank you for all the memories.

We have a break for the NT teams and then we have a tuff strech with Braga, Maritimo and Sportem for the Bwin Liga and Copenhagen and ManU for the CL.
Fernando Santos has had his time to have the team playing his way, what i must wonder is how much better would we be with Rui Costa in the lineup.

Fernando Santos matches Eriksson, in winning the first 4 games at home. Hadn't been done in 18 years.

You can easily win the title without ever winning against the other big teams.
Porto last year, tied Sportem once, won another and lost both games to Benfica.
In a league, what counts is being consistent and winning home games. I could care less if we beat the big 2 as long as we win titles. At the end of the season the best is the team that won the title, not necessarily the one they played the most attracting soccer.
So far this year we have won all our home games.

Agree because Porto beat on every other team in the Super liga while Sporting and Benfica folded like cheap chairs against the small clubs.
