BBC replayed the whole game this morning. Scotland played a lot better, and with any luck would have won. Costa Rica's goal was terrible. They hit a shot, hit a Scotlanld defender, landed straight at one of their strikers feet, he miss-kicked it and it fell to another striker who put the ball in the back of the net.
Overall, this has been a major disappointment for the young Scots. We were all hopeful that there was a chance of a decent run but the team just didnt perform. A lot of people are saying that we were too defensive, which from the minutes i watched looked true. But I suppose the players will still have picked up some experience from this.
