Rangers v Celtic

With the first of three meeting between Glasgow's two giants next Saturday, Rangers have a chance to increase the gap between them and second-placed Celtic.

We currently sit three points ahead with a game in hand and victory at Ibrox next Saturday would make it very difficult for Celtic to catch us.

We are still competing in 3 competitions (Scottish Cup, UEFA Cup, SPL) and with the CIS Cup won, things are looking good. But we cant afford to be complacent. Walter Smith should have a fully-fit squad next weekend although Daniel Cousin is still injured (broken jaw)

We looked tired against Hibs on Saturday but hopefully the adrenalin will carry us through these Old Firm games. Celtic have been struggling during the last few weeks, but they will be pumped up for this one.

It's the first old firm fixtures that have mattered for awhile now.

Although I don't really care for either team, you can't help but get excited for an Old Firm game with this amount of pressure.

Exactly, it is shaping up to be a massive game.

Hopefully, we can make home advantage count. Its the old cliche but its true, the form book goes out the window.

Will be a close game. Im sure Smith will have us ready, he is a veteran of these games.
